Throughout her career, Mrs. Green has served in numerous influential roles, most notably as a School Improvement Turn-Around Specialist for the Pennsylvania Department of Education. In this capacity, she dedicated her efforts to bolstering academic achievement in the state’s lowest performing schools. Her strategic interventions and collaborative approach with educators and administrators have yielded significant improvements in student performance, illustrating her capacity to effect meaningful change in challenging environments
In her role as Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, Mrs. Green demonstrated her leadership acumen by increasing the four-year graduation rate by over 30% at one of Philadelphia’s largest high schools.
