Noel Quiñones
Winner of two EMMY Awards, one for his Docudrama LOS 17 and the second for his work on the Documentary 100,000, Noel studied film in Los Angeles, California.
His productions The Bell (Cordelia González) and San Juan Story (Jacobo Morales) won a total of 14 awards at different international film festivals and her feature film FLIGHT OF FANCY won the award for best film at the “Hollywood International Film Festival” and at the “Renaissance City Film Festival” in the city of Providence in the state of Rhode Island.
As an active pioneer of Education in his home country, Noel created the program Operación Éxito with the goal of awakening students’ interest in science and mathematics. The program soon received worldwide recognition and became the most awarded and effective creative strategy when it comes to innovative ideas to achieve objectives in the field of Education.
One of the participants in Operación Éxito, Alberto Román, tells us how his life changed after his time at OE:
Quiñones has helped and motivated hundreds of Puerto Rican youth to value their education and thus prevent school dropouts.
Now, together with the American Cyber Academy team, he leads the Motivation team, seeking to support students, parents, and teachers to excel.
