How to apply for Admission?
- 1 Select the student's Study Plan, among:
- Middle and High School
- Summer courses
- Homeschooling
- 2 Fill out the Pre-Admission application form at the bottom of this page.
- 3 Make the corresponding payment to reserve the virtual room space.
- 4 An admissions officer will contact you to complete the student's admission documents.
Admission Requirements
- A) The required admission documents must be sent in digital PDF format and are as follows:
- 1 Photo of the student. Can be passport or school ID. Photo is required on both sides.
- 2 Birth certificate or document certifying age as of December 2015. A photo is required on both sides.
- 3 Transcript of school-to-schoolcredit .
- 4 Reports.
- a) Last grade completed or to be completed. If the degree has not been completed, copy of the last grade report. In May it is required to send the official transcript of credits.
- b) Homeschooler Student Credit Transcript. If you are a Homeschooler returning to non-traditional school, a letter certified by the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s), stating that you have completed the grade requirements in Hours/Credit with the average per course completed, in addition to other evidence that may be required by the admissions officer, is required.
- 5 Letter to the Director requesting admission to our online Academy and why he/she believes he/she should be admitted, as well as the commitment he/she makes to the Academy and to him/herself as a student of an online school.
- 6 Certificate of Vaccination. Current Certificate of Immunization (Green Card), in addition to evidence of immunization from COVID-19. Although our students work online, it is a state requirement that all certified schools have evidence of up-to-date immunizations for their students.
- 7 Admission for summer courses. If you are only applying for admission to the summer program, you do not need to meet the above requirements. Send an email to the director indicating the course you wish to take in our Summer 2025 program and one of our representatives will contact you for the summer enrollment process.
- If I am out of school, can I enroll? According to the Law, the student may be enrolled as long as he/she has not been out of school for more than two years. The last updated credit transcript certified by the institution of origin will be required.
Program of Study
The study program is Monday through Friday, with block study sessions, both asynchronous (self-directed by the student) and/or synchronous (by videoconference with the teacher and other students). The program is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with exceptions, according to the student’s needs.
Cost
The registration fee or virtual space reservation is $250 which must be paid before starting the registration process. The annual study costs will depend on the agreed plans and method of payment that are subject to the study plan per term, according to the student’s needs.
